Welcome to the home page of the Bega Valley Rally, to be conducted over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend on Sunday 9th June 2013. The event will be based at the picturesque township of Eden on the Sapphire Coast in the south east of NSW.
This year will be the 40th Jubilee, commemorating the 40th year since the event was first based in the Bega Valley and incorporates the Sapphire Coast Classic for ‘classic-style’ 2WD cars that have so popular at the event over the years.
The origins of the Bega Valley go back to the very early sixties, when it was variously known as the Snowy Rally and Southern Mountains Rally. In 1973 it was based at Bega and became the Bega Valley Rally. The Bega Valley represents the south coastal region of New South Wales, and is known as the ‘Sapphire Coast’. Since 2009 it has been based at Eden, opening up the large forests area to the south and west of this town, and extending into the far East Gippsland region of Victoria.
The Bega Valley Rally in 2013 will be a national, non-paced noted special stage rally, conducted in the forests to the west, south-west and south of Eden. It will be a round of the following championships and series:

- ACT Regional Series
- East Coast Classic Rally Challenge
